An excellent cold hardy fresh eating plum, Ivanovka is a deep red plum with bluish bloom that matures in early September. Flesh is firm, sweet, juicy and aromatic. Size is 3 to 4 cm. Also great to be used for food processing into jams and pies. Introduced by Agriculture Canada out of Morden, Manitoba in 1939.
