
Ivanovka is a deep red plum with bluish bloom that matures in early September. Flesh is firm, sweet, juicy and aromatic with thin skin. Size averages 3 to 4 cm (1.5") in diameter. Great for fresh eating and also good for processing into jams and pies. Introduced by Agriculture Canada out of Morden, Manitoba in 1939.
