
The Saskatchewan-bred Fofonoff Plum is a hardy, yellow-fleshed freestone fruit with a diameter of approximately 4 cm. Its skin is overlaid with both red and lime green, and features a pink bloom. Notably sweet and juicy, it is an excellent choice for enjoying fresh off the tree. Selected by Wasal Fofonoff in 1973, the Fofonoff Plum matures in mid-August.
