They ripen in September and last through the winter, making them an attractive addition to any garden, orchard or food forest.
Highbush Cranberry is known for an array of health benefits: they are a great source of vitamin C and are full of antioxidants. The bark has been used traditionally to relieve cramps. The berries are not ideal for eating straight off the tree but are used to make jams, sauces, juices are more! The berries are great for making natural dye for your homemade creations.
