Pathfinder is the earliest fall-bearing (primocane) raspberry that produces by early August and never stops until freeze up. It has high yields of sweet and full flavoured berries that are great for fresh eating and processing. These large berries have good firmness and average around 20mm diameter in size. Canes will require some trellising for support. Developed at the High Plains Grasslands Research Station, Cheyenne, Wyoming and released in 1976.

Available in bundles of 5 and 10 plants

Growers Note: Canes must be pruned yearly to maintain healthy and productive plants. With Pathfinder being a Primocane variety, it will only produce fruit on 1st year growth. That said, after harvest in the fall, you need to prune or mow the canes right down to the ground. By doing this, the fruit will produce on the new growth for next season.
