
Simonette is delicious gold/red coloured apple with wonderful flavour. Flesh is crisp and juicy, great to use for fresh eating and juicing. Fruit size average between 6 to 7 cm in diameter. Ripens in early September and keeps for 3 months in cold storage. Originated at the Morden Research Station and distributed through the Prairie Fruit Breeding Cooperative.
