Favoritka is a large yellow-green pear with a pink blush. It’s a delicious Russian bred pear that is buttery, juicy, sweet and savory. Great to use for fresh eating and using in preserves. It’s known to produce well and pears average around 200 grams in weight. Fruits ripen in middle of September and store for up to 2 months in cold storage. Known to be one of the best pears grown in the Ural region in Russia.
