
Ivanovka Plums boast a deep red hue with a bluish bloom and mature in the early stages of September. Featuring a firm, sweet and aromatic flesh, they are encased in thin skin and measure on average 3 to 4 cm (1.5") in diameter. An excellent variety for both fresh eating and processing, the Ivanovka Plum was introduced by Agriculture Canada in 1939 out of Morden, Manitoba.
