Marshal Zhukov is the largest variety of pear we grow, reaching up to 200g. Its yellow skin is adorned with a brownish-red blush, imparting a sour-sweet flavour under a subtle perfume. Pears start to ripen from late August to early September and can last up to a month in cold storage. It was aptly named after the legendary Soviet commander of World War II.
