The Saskatchewan-bred Fofonoff Plum is a hardy, yellow-fleshed freestone plum with a diameter of approximately 4 cm (1 1/2"). Its skin is overlaid with a mixture of both red and lime green. Notably sweet and juicy, it is an excellent choice for enjoying fresh off the tree. Selected by Wasal Fofonoff in 1973, the Fofonoff Plum matures in mid-August.
