Misty Rose apples are firm, crisp and juicy with a pleasant aromatic component. Apples are best used for fresh eating. Skin is red wash over green in colour with white flesh. Size of fruit averages 7 to 8 cm in diameter and ripens in early September, storing up to 2 months in cold storage. Released by the University of Saskatchewan.
