Collection: Apple Trees

Most apple trees are self-sterile and will benefit when planted alongside another variety to pollinate them. Apple trees like to grow in fertile, well drained soil. You should plant our full sized trees 5-6 meters (16-20 feet) apart. For Dwarf rootstock grafted trees you can plant them 2.4-3 meters (8-10 feet) apart. We do have some varieties that produce after 3 years but on average you can expect most to fruit at 5 years of age. Refer to the “Planting and Care” page for more information.

Apple trees are sold as 1 year old whips between 0.3-1 meter (1-3 feet) in height. Our apples are grafted on both Siberian and Ranetka Crabapple full sized rootstock. Apple grafted on dwarf V3 apple rootstock is also available and can be selected on menu next to product description
